Sorrel is a traditional Caribbean drink made from hibiscus flowers, blended with spices and served to refresh and uplift. Our sorrel drinks combine the vibrant flavors of the Caribbean with a touch of Taiwanese flair, made from locally sourced ingredients. Roselle has its roots from Western and Eastern Africa, but the roselle plant also grows in the Caribbean and South East Asia where they use the flower to make their own unique drink. Sorrel has a complex flavor of sweet, floral, spicy, and herbal, which can be compared to that of some high quality wines.
